Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of a professional kitchen, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and plays a key role in supporting the culinary and service teams. This position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment and proper procedures Maintain a clean and organized dish station during service Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards Properly sort, stack, and store cleaned items in designated areas Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Support kitchen staff with maintaining overall cleanliness and organization Monitor dish machine operation and report any maintenance issues Keep cleaning supplies stocked and the dish area fully operational during service Qualifications Prior experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen preferred Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the kitchen #J-18808-Ljbffr Torsap Thai Kitchen
