Meridian Global Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated, organized, and driven Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing internal team. Position Details

• Position: Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Opportunity: Potential to transition into a Full-Time position
• Bilingual Requirement: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Pay: $22.00-$23.50 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Hybrid Schedule:
• • Monday & Tuesday – Remote
  • Wednesday & Thursday – In Office
  • Friday – Flexible based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates for a variety of positions.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including onboarding paperwork, employment documents, and orientation.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within the applicant tracking system.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Create engaging social media content and assist with recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Design recruiting flyers, graphics, and promotional materials using Canva or similar software.
• Assist with hiring events, recruiting campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
• Communicate professionally with clients, candidates, and employees.
• Assist with HR, recruiting, marketing, and operational projects as assigned.
• Maintain organized digital employee and recruiting files.
• Support special projects and company initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, marketing, customer service, or an administrative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Canva and social media platforms is required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
