Location: Great Neck, NY
Base Salary: $50,000 + Commission & Promotion Incentives + Bonuses + Benefits

Learn the Full Recruitment Cycle: Acquire in-depth knowledge of healthcare recruitment, from candidate sourcing to placement.
Source Candidates Creatively: Utilize a range of strategies—including cold calling, job advertising, and innovative search methods—to attract top talent.
Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely to align recruitment tactics with organizational goals, offering data-driven progress updates.
