Through your technical fluency and thought leadership, you will play a pivotal role in achieving business goals, shaping the firm's technology landscape, and moving work forward that has firmwide impact.Job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic plans for complex, cross-functional technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment with firm-wide objectives and efficient resource allocationEstablish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients, driving collaboration and effective decision-makingIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks, adhering to risk management practices and policiesOversee the implementation of technical solutions, manage vendor relations, and ensure seamless integration with existing systemsProvide thought leadership and technical guidance, fostering innovation and continuous improvementActing as the central hub between software developers, product managers, and non-technical stakeholders.Directs technology programs across the Source to Pay value stream including sourcing, contracting, procurement, payments, invoicing, and tax—optimizing integration and performance of SAP, Ariba, Icertis, Concur, SCDI, and proprietary systems.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationDemonstrated expertise in analytical reasoning, and applying critical thinking to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesProficient in technical solutions, with experience in implementing and managing applications and servicesAdvanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetExpertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive working relationships and propelling mutually beneficial outcomes for firm objectivesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsIntegrate artificial intelligence solutions to enhance project outcomes and drive data-driven decision-making.Implement automation to streamline project workflows and increase operational efficiency.Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and the adoption of new technologies.Working knowledge of supplier payments, invoicing, tax, and contract lifecycle management processes, with experience implementing or optimizing S2P platforms (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Concur, Icertis, SCDI).
