It will be responsible for creating a culture of collaboration between journeys and HR Liaisons and among other areas of HR to effectively deliver engaging and inclusive employee journeys. This includes delivery of a high-quality, tailored experience across journeys for business leaders. They will also lead, inspire, coach, and develop the Journey Owners and HR Liaisons as well as the broader teams.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree​and 12 years of experience5 years management experience​Experience delivering people programs and/or supporting employee services​Experience redesigning processes and driving continuous improvement​Data-driven strategic decision making ​Leadership and organizational skills ​Executive level communication and influence skillsComfort with change, nimble ways of workingCollective ownership mindsetContinuous improvement mindsetService orientation and customer obsessionDesire to understand key stakeholder needs and proactively deliverInnovation acumen and ability to drive repeatable processes while using technology to improveOverseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs.Translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases.Conducting cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI.Preferred Job Requirements:Six sigma certificationAre you being referred to one of our roles?
