You will own programs end-to-end: from concept to design to execution to measurement—shaping how our people experience Corgan across the entire employee lifecycle.This role sits at the intersection of employee experience, engagement, inclusion & belonging, and firm culture. You’ll bring a strong point of view, curiosity, and the discipline to turn strategy into reality while building trust and alignment at every level of the organization.ResponsibilitiesOwn and Lead People & Culture ProgramsDesign, architect, and implement global employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned to Corgan’s valuesOwn programs from end to end - strategy, design, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and continuous improvementEstablish clear success metrics and use data and insights to evolve programs over timeShape Employee ExperienceLead programs that enhance key employee moments - onboarding, recognition, development, wellbeing, and retentionOwn and evolve rewards and recognition programs that reinforce culture and performanceDesign impactful experiences (including immersive onboarding and internal awards programs) that strengthen connection and belongingDrive Inclusion & BelongingServe as Chair of the Inclusion & Belonging Council - setting direction, leading monthly sessions, and guiding sub-councilsBuild and scale engagement strategies that foster inclusion, connection, and shared accountabilityInfluence and AlignBuild strong partnerships across HR, Marketing, IT, and leadership teamsGain executive buy-in through clear storytelling, thoughtful design, and credible deliveryNavigate ambiguity and bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiativesExecute with DisciplineLead multiple high-impact programs simultaneously with strong project management rigorDrive accountability, timelines, and outcomes—seeing work through from idea to completionProvide support for office openings, moves, and key transitions to ensure a seamless employee experienceWhat You BringProven ownership mindset: You don’t wait for direction, you create it and carry it throughStrategic + execution strength: A thinker and a doer who can zoom out and dive inGlobal program experience: Demonstrated success designing, socializing, and scaling people & culture initiativesExecutive presence & high EQ: You communicate with clarity, confidence, and situational awarenessCuriosity: You ask better questions, explore new ideas, and continuously improve what existsComfort with ambiguity: You bring structure and direction where there isn’t a clear pathInfluence: Ability to build trust and gain alignment across all levels, including senior leadershipStrong project management: High discipline, organization, and follow-throughQualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, or related roles5+ years of experience leading inclusion & belonging or engagement initiativesDemonstrated experience designing and scaling enterprise-wide programsExperience building or evolving employee networks, councils, or ERGsExceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel up to 25%This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
