Client Success Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Serving as the primary liaison for Health System clients, the full-time Client Success Analyst will manage client relationships, guide best practices for software usage, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing engagement, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Act as the lead point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their challenges and goals Communicate progress on initiatives and provide insights for product enhancements based on client feedback Monitor client engagement and drive return on investment through continuous relationship nurturing Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field Experience in a health system specialty pharmacy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience with Microsoft PowerBI and managing large data sets Familiarity with SQL and ability to write advanced formulas in data management languages
