We're looking for a Senior Bid Manager in Talent Acquisition who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing together people, processes, and technology to win new business. Key Accountabilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle for Talent Acquisition and RPO opportunities, ensuring high-quality and timely proposal submissions. Develop and execute winning pursuit strategies for new business ("Land") and account growth ("Retain & Expand") opportunities. Partner with Regional Managing Directors (RMDs), Regional Pursuit Leads, Sales Leaders, and Subject Matter Experts to shape compelling client solutions and value propositions. Manage complex, multi-regional and transformational RPO pursuits, coordinating cross-functional teams across geographies. Drive bid planning, governance, timelines, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and submission activities throughout the pursuit process. Create, review, and enhance client proposals, presentations, workshop materials, and supporting collateral to maximize win rates. Act as a trusted advisor to business development and solution teams, providing guidance on pursuit best practices, competitive positioning, and bid strategy. Leverage recruitment technologies, workforce management tools, and AI-powered sourcing/recruiting platforms to strengthen solution design and proposal responses. Ensure all proposals accurately reflect client requirements, commercial considerations, operational capabilities, and delivery excellence. Facilitate pursuit workshops, bid reviews, win themes development, and executive stakeholder meetings. Track bid metrics, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pursuit effectiveness and conversion rates. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of bid and pursuit professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Support business development teams in identifying growth opportunities, market trends, competitive intelligence, and client challenges. Maintain and enhance bid management processes, templates, content libraries, and governance standards to drive efficiency and quality. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of strategic talent acquisition solutions. Skills & Requirements: Strong expertise in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Talent Acquisition, or contingent workforce solutions , with a solid understanding of recruitment delivery models, workforce strategies, and client challenges. Proven end-to-end bid and pursuit management capability , including opportunity qualification, bid planning, proposal development, stakeholder coordination, governance, and submission management for complex opportunities. Experience managing large-scale, multi-regional pursuits and client programs , with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders across geographies to deliver successful outcomes. Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, workforce management platforms, and AI-powered talent acquisition tools , with the ability to articulate how technology solutions can enhance recruitment effectiveness and support winning proposals. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and commercial skills , with a track record of developing compelling client solutions, influencing senior leaders, and supporting business growth through high-quality proposals and pursuit strategies.
