The UHE Business Operations Coordinator is a hands‑on support role responsible for helping the company stay organized, responsive, and aligned across a wide variety of areas. This role supports the company by owning important details that do not always have a clean departmental home but still matter greatly to the health of the business. The right person is a practical problem solver who can follow through, keep track of details, coordinate across departments, and help ensure important items are not forgotten. This position requires a level of technological aptitude, strong administrative ability, discretion, a willingness to jump into a wide variety of tasks and a positive attitude! Responsibilities Own a variety of technology related responsibilities ranging from new hire set up to basic help desk troubleshooting in addition to maintaining the technology inventory and facilitating communication with outside technology vendors as needed Support brand management through cross‑departmental engagement, encouragement, follow‑up, and coordination related to online reviews and customer feedback Support interview and hiring processes, including scheduling, candidate communication, preparation, and the overall candidate and new hire experience Assist with research and management of sensitive information to support compliance and other sensitive company initiatives and projects Update, and maintain systems documentation for both existing and new company processes Play a key role in creating positive employee experiences by maintaining kitchen and office supplies, branded wearables, and driving other employee appreciation and internal engagement activities Skills Strong administrative and organizational skills Comfortable learning technology tools and coordinating with outside technology vendors or freelancers Comfortable using AI and creating workflows and automations Excellent follow‑through and ability to manage many small details without losing track Thrives on a high degree of people interaction and comfortable working across departments High level of trustworthiness and discretion and attention to detail Positive, helpful, service‑oriented attitude Excited to handle both behind the scenes business support work, generalized office‑support tasks, and people focused activities Comfortable with a fast‑moving small business environment where responsibilities may vary by day While we believe we can teach the core of what is needed to anyone who is technolgically comfortable and systems minded, extra preference will given to candidates with experience specifically with Sharepoint, Azure, Powerbi or other Microsoft 365 admin responsibilities About United Home Experts Family owned and operated since 1998, United Home Experts serves families of New England by providing high quality, low maintenance, beautiful solutions to their exterior home improvement needs.
