This role is on-site Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and knowledgeable Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives. This position is crucial for enhancing our firm's marketing and client communications.Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Communication:
- Assist in the development and execution of communication projects, including weekly emails and monthly newsletters.
- Support the creation of ad copy for various communications.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person events, such as seminars and community outreach, including scheduling, organizing speakers, and client communication.
- Manage inventory and order marketing materials.
- Assist with setup and branding for new office locations.
- Create marketing materials like brochures and presentations using design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
- Contribute to brand awareness by crafting social media posts and managing online presence, including Google My Business updates.
