Bilingual Immigration Attorney for Detained Immigrant Advocates

Northwest Immigrant Rights Project (NWIRP) seeks a full-time bilingual Staff Attorney for the Detained Immigrant Advocates (DIA) unit in our Tacoma office. Fluency in English and Spanish (or another language) is required. A minimum two-year commitment is expected, with hybrid work and some travel. The attorney will provide direct representation in removal proceedings, USCIS matters, and DHS cases; conduct clinics and outreach; and maintain client files while advancing NWIRP’s mission to protect #J-18808-Ljbffr NACBA
