Deliver accurate and uplifting info on benefit plans and True Rx Health Strategist services. Keep a detailed playbook and elevate issues for warp-speed resolutions. Team up with internal and external partners to conquer customer inquiries. Hit the highest notes in departmental standards for quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Act as a liaison, delivering product/services info and solving issues with precision. Revel in a performance-driven culture with coaching and applause.
