We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across events, communications, content, collateral, and campaign operations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys managing details, collaborating across teams, and helping turn ideas into polished marketing deliverables.

What You'll Do

• Support planning and execution for tradeshows, demonstrations, and marketing events, including logistics, materials, and vendor coordination.
• Help develop marketing plans and tactical recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Create and update presentations, marketing materials, product collateral, newsletters, website content, and facility displays.
• Maintain brand consistency across communications and campaign deliverables.
• Monitor market trends and contribute ideas that strengthen positioning, visibility, and marketing strategy.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership to support clear, aligned messaging.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and overall marketing effectiveness.


What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related experience.
• 3+ years of marketing or communications experience.
• Strong project coordination, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting technical marketing content is a plus.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and marketing tools.
• Experience with photo or video editing software is preferred.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage priorities independently.
