Senior Product Operations Manager

Driving release operations across a developer AI portfolio, the full-time Senior Product Operations Manager will manage cross-functional coordination between product, engineering, and marketing teams while owning the strategy for AI-powered operational systems to enhance efficiency in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Run the release readiness process, ensuring launches are on track and stakeholders are aligned Drive the automation roadmap for operational systems that enhance team efficiency Define success metrics for systems and iterate based on adoption and impact Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in engineering, design, product management, or product/design operations, or 8+ years of equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in SaaS or cloud platform product development lifecycle environments 3+ years of experience driving cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, marketing, or revenue stakeholders
