Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with month-end and year-end close activities. Key Responsibilities Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with month-end and year-end close activities. Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and balance sheet accounts. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Prepare financial reports and variance analyses. Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Monitor cash flow and assist with account reconciliations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Assist with audits and tax preparation. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting issues and improve processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 2+ years of accounting experience preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience General ledger accounting. Financial statement preparation. Month-end close and account reconciliations. Budgeting and forecasting. ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar platforms. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
