Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating outreach campaigns, and supporting enrollment and fundraising efforts. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with program staff and leadership to create clear messaging, manage communication channels, and strengthen relationships with families, schools, and community partners. The role also includes tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to increase visibility and engagement. Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills to engage students, families, partners, and internal teams Experience in market research and marketing strategy to design effective outreach and branding initiatives Background in sales and community outreach to support program enrollment and donor development Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics Organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Prior experience in nonprofit, education, arts, or youth-focused organizations is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr Bigbang Artwork
