We are only considering candidates with an active California Field Representative or Applicator license.

What You'll Do:

Perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties
Inspect, identify, and treat pest issues efficiently
Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations
Maintain accurate service records
Represent the company with professionalism and care

What We're Looking For:

Active California Pest Control License (Field Rep or Applicator)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
Dependable and punctual
Able to adapt to a flexible, service-based schedule

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish conversational)

PAY TRANSPARENCY

This position is hourly plus commission

Annual Pay Range Based on 40/hr week: $42,000 to $81,600

Requirements

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS

Required: unexpired CA Driver's license and clean driving record
Required: Branch 2 Field Representative or Applicator license
