We are seeking a **compassionate, dedicated, and licensed therapist** to join our **Day Treatment Program in Lawsonville, NC**.This **full-time position** offers the opportunity to provide clinical services to children and adolescents in a school-based Day Treatment setting while also supporting **School-Based Therapy services for Stokes County clients as needed**.## Position SummaryThe Day Treatment Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy services for students enrolled in the Day Treatment program at our **Lawsonville, NC** site. This role works collaboratively with school personnel, treatment team members, families, and community partners to promote positive behavioral health outcomes. In addition, the therapist will provide **School-Based Therapy services for Stokes County clients as needed**.## Key Responsibilities* Provide individual, group, and family therapy (when appropriate and approved) for Day Treatment clients.* Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and reassessments.* Provide School-Based Therapy services for Stokes County clients as assigned.* Collaborate with Day Treatment staff, school personnel, families, DSS, MCOs, and community providers to coordinate care.* Attend Child and Family Team meetings and other treatment planning meetings as needed.* Assist with treatment planning, placement coordination, and outside referrals.* Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including therapy notes, assessments, treatment plans, and clinical supervision documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).* Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support when necessary.* Maintain compliance with agency, state, and Medicaid documentation requirements.* Perform other duties as assigned.## Qualifications### Required* Master's degree in a Human Services or related field.* Mental health licensure (full or provisional: **LCSW, LCSWA, LPC, or LCMHC**).* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.* Proficiency with electronic health records and standard computer applications.### Preferred* Two or more years of clinical experience working with children and adolescents experiencing mental or behavioral health challenges.* Experience providing school-based or Day Treatment services.* Knowledge of community resources and service systems.## Why Join Youth Haven Services?* Make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.* Serve youth in both a Day Treatment and School-Based Therapy setting.* Join a supportive, mission-driven clinical team.* Full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.* Meaningful work that positively impacts children, families, and schools throughout Stokes County.If you are passionate about helping children and adolescents build resilience, overcome challenges, and achieve lasting success, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Youth Haven Services team.## Equal Employment OpportunityYouth Haven Services, LLC is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
