Requirements AN INCREASED RATE OF 400 HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR ABEM PROVIDERS ONLYIs temporarily accepting providers within the 50 mile radius limit.WILL ACCEPT NON-ABEM IF PROVIDER HAS EM EXPERIENCE BUT AT REGULAR RATEIF SUBMITTING A NON-ABEM PROVIDER PLEASE BE ADVISED THE MSO REQUIRES AN *IN PERSON* INTERVIEW BEFORE GRANTING PRIVILEGES.
