Work full-time within a diverse setting, serving students from PreK through transition ages, including those in special education up to age 23. Your caseload will be thoughtfully balanced, with a maximum of 80 school-age students and 50 preschoolers (or a combination within these parameters), ensuring you can provide focused, quality care.

Key qualifications:

• Holds a valid Ohio SLP licensure and ODE credential
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in schools, healthcare, or pediatric settings
• Eligibility for (or possessing) ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY status
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Commitment to fostering growth and inclusion among diverse learners

Role highlights:

• Deliver speech-language therapy and collaborate closely with teachers, special education team, and families
• Develop and implement student-centered IEPs in compliance with school protocols and legal guidelines
