Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with Telemetry experience to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role involves collaborative patient monitoring and support, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders.
• Document patient information thoroughly and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Float within the hospital and to sister facilities as needed to meet staffing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid active PA or Compact State RN license required.
• At least 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience.
• Current AHA certifications (BLS, ACLS) required.
• Ability to work 12-hour night and day shifts, including every other holiday.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Willingness to complete required compliance modules prior to start date.
