Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities for manufacturing operations
• Prepare financial statements, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Analyze inventory, cost of goods sold, and standard cost variances
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting initiatives
• Partner with operations and plant management to drive process improvements
• Assist with internal and external audits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-6 years of experience in accounting, ideally in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting principles
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Epicor, Oracle) and Excel
