Senior Accountant (Full-Time | Onsite - Arlington Heights, IL)
We're seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations in a fast-paced, highly manual environment. This is a full-time, onsite role with strong long-term growth potential.

We're seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations in a fast-paced, highly manual environment. This is a full-time, onsite role with strong long-term growth potential.
What You'll Do:
- Own general accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Oversee day-to-day AP and AR processing with heavy transaction volume
- Work extensively in QuickBooks Online and Excel to support reporting and accuracy
- Partner closely with leadership during a critical transition period
- Learn and maintain legacy processes while helping stabilize financial operations
- Strong foundation in accounting and financial statements
- Prior QuickBooks Online experience
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas)
- Comfortable in a small-company, rollupyoursleeves environment
- Patient, detail-oriented, and adaptable to manual processes
- Manufacturing or inventory accounting experience
- Exposure to system transitions or process improvements
