In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Prepare, review, and finalize customer proposals, quotes, and bid documents Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Solutions Engineers to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and terms Ensure all proposals align with company standards, branding, and contractual requirements Manage revisions and version control for proposals throughout the sales cycle Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM for active opportunities Support price book management, including product configurations and discount structures Ensure pricing accuracy across proposals and alignment with company policies Coordinate with finance and leadership on pricing approvals and updates Identify opportunities to improve proposal generation and CRM workflows Assist in documenting and standardizing sales processes Generate reports and dashboards to support sales performance tracking Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team Who You Are: You are a commercial specialist and provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization.
