The role will collaborate with project management, vendor implementation teams, and internal stakeholders to define, validate, and manage business and functional requirements. The analyst will map current and future processes, drive use cases and acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with objectives and best practices across procurement platforms such as ServiceNow Procurement, Coupa, or SAP Ariba. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $50.00 to $70.00/hr. w2 JN -072026-107940 Responsibilities Create as-is and to-be process maps for P2P workflows. Define and document use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Translate business requirements into technical specifications aligned with existing infrastructure and impacted systems. Act as liaison between business units, technical teams, vendors, and project leadership to maintain alignment and timely input. Facilitate requirement validation sessions and stakeholder feedback reviews. Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure requirements align with regulatory compliance, customer service goals, and operational efficiency targets. Support fit-gap analysis activities. Collaborate on RFP development, integrating business and technical requirements and drafting scope and outcomes. Contribute to development of vendor evaluation criteria. Define and support UAT coverage, test scripts, and traceability. Validate go-live readiness and support post go-live delivery verification. Experience Requirements 5+ years of Business Analysis experience. 3+ years supporting Procure-to-Pay or procurement implementations. Experience with enterprise software implementations. Agile and/or Waterfall project experience. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, SQL, and Power BI. P2P competencies including supplier onboarding, vendor management, catalog management, requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice processing, three-way matching, exception management, payment processing, procurement reporting, spend analytics, contract management, and asset procurement. Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. CBAP, PMI-PBA, CCBA, or similar certification preferred.
