Registered Nurse - ICU

$1958.40/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in a critical care environment. This role involves managing neurological post-thrombectomy, TPA, neurosurgical, and other ICU patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Administer advanced critical care interventions to ICU patients, including those with neurological conditions. Monitor and operate specialized equipment such as Baxter pumps, bedside EVDs, and A-line monitoring systems. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Perform procedures such as CRRT, bedside EVD management, and vascular access. Document patient progress and treatments accurately within the Cerner system. Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and unit-specific protocols to ensure quality care. Qualifications: Hold active ACLS and BLS certifications. Possess a minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience. Experience caring for neurology post-thrombectomy, TPA, and neurosurgery patients preferred. Proficient in managing critically ill patients requiring complex interventions. Skilled in using ICU equipment and documentation systems.
