What You'll Do

• Prepare, sterilize, and decontaminate surgical instruments and scopes
• Assemble and wrap trays and instrument sets for surgical procedures
• Reprocess scopes and probes, ensuring compliance with high-level disinfection standards
• Document equipment processing and maintenance activities accurately
• Support various surgical cases including Spine, Neuro, Orthopedic, Eyes, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Vascular, and Plastics
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure timely and sterile instrument availability
• Maintain cleanliness in the sterile processing area and adhere to safety protocols

What You Need

Required:

• Certification: CBSPD or HSPA
• 2+ years of sterile processing experience
• Knowledge of sterilization, decontamination, and instrument reprocessing
• Ability to accurately document procedures and maintain equipment standards

Preferred:

• Experience with flexible endoscope reprocessing (bronchoscopes, colonoscopes, EGD, ERCP, etc.)
• Familiarity with various surgical specialties including Neuro, Ortho, Plastics, Urology, and Robotic surgery
