Sr. Operations Manager, Operations & Administration (Chief Marketing Office)

Location: South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Sr. Operations Manager, Operations & Administration for a world-class pharmaceutical/biotechnology client. This is a strategic operations and business management role within the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) . This is not a traditional marketing position . We're looking for an operations professional who can drive operational excellence, lead cross‑functional initiatives, manage vendors and budgets, and optimize business processes that support high‑performing marketing organizations.
