Oracle Fin - General Ledger Functional Consultant (GL Lead)

We are seeking an Oracle FIN - General Ledger Functional Consultant (GL Lead) to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Financials General Ledger solutions.

This role will be responsible for gathering business requirements, driving solution design, and leading end-to-end General Ledger workstreams to ensure chart of accounts, ledgers, journals, allocations, intercompany, period close, financial reporting, and related finance processes align with business needs.

The ideal candidate will bring strong international experience, with the ability to support global business requirements, multi-ledger and multi-currency environments, and regional statutory and reporting considerations.

This person will work collaboratively across functional, technical, and business teams while still providing leadership for the financials track, recognizing that General Ledger serves as the backbone of all financial and SCM systems.

The role will also partner closely with stakeholders and project leadership to conduct fit-gap analysis, recommend process improvements, support testing and training, resolve functional issues, and guide integration design, data conversion, and post-go-live stabilization to help deliver a scalable, compliant, and high-quality Oracle Financials solution.

Remote, with some travel to New York City, NY. Minimal travel – 25% or less Travel may be required for testing cycles, cutover and hypercare.
