Manage churros production to hit daily volume goals without ever compromising quality
Set up and fully break down the bakery station for each shift
Monitor product freshness aggressively — nothing stale leaves this station, ever
Follow all food safety and allergen labeling protocols strictly
Label and date all items per FIFO standards without exception
Coordinate with café staff on product availability, sell-through, and timing
