Responsibilities

· Survey, develop, and present proposals for retrofit and new installations of HVAC systems. 

· Interact with customer in professional, knowledgeable and courteous manor.

· Ability to perform load calculations and duct layout.

· HVAC designing of non-engineered projects.

· Acquire supplier material quotes, develop material requisition for job needs and coordinate material purchases.

· Coordinate project details with installation crews. Conduct project status meetings.

· Coordinate company billing change orders and project completion status.

Requirements:

· Experience and understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC Systems.

· Valid drivers’ license. 

· Computer literacy.

· Strong communication and documentation skills.

· Satisfactory completion of company background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
