Service Advisor

This is an ideal position for Service Advisor with an understanding of the Heavy Truck or Equipment Industry who has strong customer service and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with scheduling appointments for maintenance and repairs Listen to customer concerns and accurately document and communicate them to the service technicians Provide estimates for service costs and time needed for repairs Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after service is completed and addressing any issues that may arise Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Keep accurate records of customer interactions and service history Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years' Service Advisor experience in the automotive or heavy-duty industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in computer systems and software #J-18808-Ljbffr
