VDC Project Manager

Our company is seeking a VDC Project Manager to support some of the most complex and innovative Mission Critical construction projects in Texas. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality BIM and Virtual Design & Construction solutions that drive project efficiency, reduce risk, and improve collaboration across our project teams. As a Data Center VDC Project Manager, you'll work closely with field operations, project management, design teams, and trade partners to execute advanced BIM workflows and lead project coordination efforts from preconstruction through project completion. What You'll Do Lead BIM & VDC Project Execution Manage all aspects of project-level BIM and VDC implementation for Mission Critical and Data Center projects. Lead 3D spatial coordination efforts, including BIM schedules, scope management, clash detection, and model integration. Ensure the delivery of high-quality BIM content to project teams and internal stakeholders. Maintain and manage project models, supporting files, and coordination workflows. Partner with project managers, superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and design teams to improve project outcomes through VDC technology. Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and drive resolution of design and constructability conflicts. Support successful project delivery through proactive communication and issue resolution. Advance Innovation & Continuous Improvement Contribute to the development and improvement of VDC standards, workflows, and best practices. Stay current on emerging BIM, VDC, and construction technology trends. Support department initiatives, strategic goals, and key performance objectives. Help identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve project execution and efficiency. Mentor & Develop Others Provide technical guidance and mentorship to VDC Specialists and project team members. Share industry knowledge and best practices throughout the organization. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in VDC, BIM, construction operations, or field project execution. Strong understanding of BIM processes and 3D coordination workflows. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project environment. Willingness to travel throughout Texas in support of Mission Critical projects. Preferred Experience Experience supporting Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, Commercial, or Large-Scale Construction projects. Knowledge of construction means, methods, and project delivery processes. Experience coordinating with field teams and trade partners throughout project lifecycles. Technical Skills AutoCAD Revit Navisworks BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred) Microsoft Office Suite General knowledge of computer hardware and software systems Why Join Us?
