(SPI) is seeking an experienced civil engineering leader to lead our Kyle office. This is an opportunity for a proven Project Manager or engineering leader to step into an executive role and help shape the growth, culture, and success of a growing branch. What You'll Do Lead the overall operations, performance, and growth of the Kyle office Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and technical staff Oversee project delivery, financial performance, utilization, and quality Build and strengthen client relationships and business development opportunities Lead recruiting, staff development, and succession planning Collaborate with SPI's executive leadership and other offices to support firm-wide growth Represent SPI with clients, consultants, and the community What We’re Looking For 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience Proven success as a Project Manager delivering profitable, high-quality projects Experience leading teams and developing other professionals Strong project financial management and business development skills Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities A desire to build a team, grow a business, and make an impact Why This Opportunity?
