What Youll Do

• Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients
• Troubleshoot account, administrative, and system-related concerns
• Clearly explain processes, expectations, and timelines
• Create and manage service tickets through resolution
• Document client interactions accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong client relationships

What Were Looking For

• Bilingual English and Spanish skills strongly preferred
• Customer service, call center, banking, or financial services experience
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence resolving problems and managing multiple priorities
• Professional, dependable, and client-focused approach

Work Arrangement: Four days on-site and one day remote

Training: Monday-Friday on-site during the initial training period

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
