About the Role We are seeking a mid‑to‑senior level associate to join its expanding ECVC group in the Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Palo Alto offices. The practice focuses on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as the funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly‑formed startups to multi‑billion dollar technology market leaders. Qualifications At least four years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm. Stellar academic credentials and references. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Quantitative and Excel skills. Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
