Administrator in Training - AIT

Position Overview The Administrator in Training (AIT) will learn and assist the Executive Director in managing day‑to‑day functions of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. The program develops managerial, problem‑solving skills and professional responsibilities for senior care at Trilogy Health Services. Responsibilities Assist the Executive Director in managing daily operations of a long‑term care facility. Learn and apply federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing long‑term care facilities. Participate in a two‑year program with potential relocation and travel, and may be assigned as Administrator, Executive Director, or other project‑based assignments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health‑related degree preferred. Effective communicator and team builder. Passionate about working with the elderly.
