Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Messaging & Content team supporting cross-functional marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, creativity, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Translate messaging strategy into compelling customer experiences across digital and physical platforms.
• Develop content strategies and craft engaging copy for high-impact web pages, including homepage, portfolio, and solution pages.
• Shape customer experiences within flagship environments like the Customer Experience Center through storytelling and interactive content.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and other teams to understand priorities and customer needs.
• Manage projects from messaging strategy to execution, ensuring consistency and clarity across all channels.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience in messaging, content strategy, or related fields.
• Proven experience in developing customer-facing content and translating complex concepts into clear stories.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills tailored for digital experiences and customer journeys.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors, providing clear direction and feedback.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
