M&N Plumbing Supply seeks an organized, proactive, and people-focused Human Resources & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing team and sales organization. This role combines hands-on HR responsibility including recruiting and employee administration with marketing coordination that supports company growth and brand consistency.
This position plays an important role in both employee experience and market presence across our organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage recruiting efforts including job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist management with hiring processes and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Administer employee benefits and HR communications.
- Support compliance with employment policies, safety programs, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain training records and assist with employee development initiatives.
- Serve as primary internal contact for employee HR questions and support.
- Assist leadership with performance documentation and HR best practices.
- Payroll processing is handled separately.
Marketing & Sales Support:
- Serve as marketing liaison supporting the sales team.
- Coordinate digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
- Work with manufacturers and vendors on co-op marketing programs and promotions.
- Maintain consistent company branding across advertising, flyers, email campaigns, and social media.
- Assist with counter days, customer events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate marketing materials for sales initiatives and product launches.
- Help maintain website updates and marketing content.
- Track marketing activities and support sales growth efforts.
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm
The compensation for this position is a competitive salary based on experience. We pay 95% of the employees’, 50% of the dependents monthly medical premium, in addition to 95% of the employee plus dependents monthly dental premium, 6 Paid Holidays, and provide a matching 401k contribution up to 4%. There are also opportunities for bonuses.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Human Resources, recruiting, marketing coordination, or business administration.
- Experience with recruiting and onboarding processes preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general marketing platforms.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
