• Required Qualifications: Minnesota registered nurse (RN) license; BLS (American Heart Association/ARC); ACLS (American Heart Association/ARC); NIHSS certification; Associate Degree or Certificate; 1-year IMC experience; Location in Minnesota; Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays as assigned
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Inpatient units; float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Candidates should be resilient, able to manage independently, and capable of handling complex medical patients such as those with ETOH, CVA, Sepsis, wound care, IV starts, neuro assessments, and restraints. The unit may assign medical patients with transfer orders, and occasional assignments may include 1:1 sitters or helping hands. Candidates with demonstrated contract experience in colder climates are preferred, especially for winter start dates.
