Clinical Therapist - LSW/LPC/LCDC/LICDC
Full-Time | Central Ohio
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Clinical Therapists to provide individual and group counselling, crisis intervention, case management, and treatment planning services for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. New graduates and newly licensed professionals are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: $50,000 - $83,000 annually, based on licensure and experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 paid over the first year of employment.
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio license (LCDC II/III, LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LICDC, or LICDC-CS).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass required background screenings.
