As a receptionist, you are not "just at the front desk." We don't oversell the role—but we do know how important it is.Position SummaryThe Mental Health Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and clinical staff at one of our outpatient locations. The position is administrative in nature, but its impact is relational: how well this role is performed affects the entire tone and flow of the clinic.
