Job Summary This is a full‑time on‑site position located in Framingham, MA. Responsibilities Coordinating integration and management of the Quality / Performance Improvement Program with guidance from the DCQI to meet regulatory requirements, including Joint Commission and state statutes, and identifying opportunities to enhance the organization’s outcomes. Carrying out assignments delegated by the DCQI, and coordinating reports, correspondence, and information as needed. Collaborating with department directors to compile and generate reports for analysis and interpretation for the Quality / Performance Improvement Department / Committee. Performing related duties as required. Qualifications Required: Education: Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a patient care–related field. Preferred Experience: 3 years of experience in QA/PI. Licensure/Certification: Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy. Preferred: Licensure/Certification: CPHQ or other certification in Healthcare Quality. Preferred Experience: 3 years of experience in QA/PI.
