YOUR TYPICAL DAY...
Advise executive leadership and business units on corporate, regulatory, transactional, and operational legal mattersDraft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, lending agreements, and corporate legal documentsPartner with Human Resources, Marketing, Lending, Investments, Insurance, and other departments to provide practical legal guidanceManage outside litigation counsel while protecting the organization's legal interests and minimizing riskSupervise legal staff while helping lead the Legal Services Department and supporting corporate governance initiativesYOU HAVE...
