In this role, you'll play a key part in attracting top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, colleges, trade schools, and industry organizations.
• Manage open requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including creating requisitions, posting jobs, and moving candidates through the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and recurring positions.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across multiple markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions and recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate pre-employment assessments as needed.
• Prepare offer letters, extend employment offers, and initiate background screenings.
• Ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
• Administer the employee referral program, including tracking referrals and coordinating referral bonus payments.
• Support recruitment initiatives, hiring events, and other Talent Acquisition projects as assigned.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
