Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable, proactive, and experienced Bilingual Office Intake (English/Spanish) with a strong background in Home Health Agency operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing patient intake, staff coordination, authorizations, and recruitment support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Greet patients, families, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner (English & Spanish).

• Manage patient intake process, including collecting documentation, verifying eligibility, and coordinating start of care.

• Handle insurance authorizations and renewals, ensuring timely submission and follow-up with payers.

• Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical patient records in compliance with Home Health regulations.

• Support staff recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding.

• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure proper staffing and scheduling of patient services.

• Provide administrative support such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation.

• Assist with communication between patients, field staff, and management to ensure continuity of care.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required), with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous experience in a Home Health Agency (Required).

• Hands-on experience with insurance authorizations, intake processes, and patient coordination.

• Experience in recruiting healthcare staff (nurses, therapists, HHAs) is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and EMR systems.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer service experience in a healthcare or bilingual setting is a plus.

• Full-time, on-site

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
