Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse range of patients, from newborns to geriatric patients
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs, medical histories, and treatment plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Perform routine tasks such as wound care, vital sign checks, and patient assessments
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
