We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Nightingale at Stonegate, a premier healthcare facility in Ashley County, Arkansas. Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and mobility support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in training and education programs to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient satisfaction and family-centered care
Requirements:
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Arkansas
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with a minimum of 50 pounds
