Evening and Night Positions Available
Job Summary:
Nightingale at Crossett is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign monitoring and reporting
Support residents with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and social activities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Comply with established safety and infection control protocols
Requirements:
Earned Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
