Position Title Data Science Manager Location Troy, MI 48098 (Remote work from locations within the U.S. is permitted.) Job Summary Guide development of data analytics in various environments using structured and unstructured data. Present complex concepts in a format digestible by a diverse audience across organization. Responsible for the end-to-end data science solution design, technical delivery, & value quantification. Provide advice on ways to improve metrics, reports & analysis using BI tools. Coach junior data scientists and support their career development. Collaborate w/business leaders to translate business goals & priorities into tactical solutions. Identify new data science capabilities & their applications in the business to advance the bank’s innovative data‑driven culture. Qualifications Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Physics). Minimum 2 years of post‑baccalaureate experience leveraging data science and analytics to solve business problems with relevant experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
